APSC JE 2024 exam dates out; to be held on July 14
APSC JE 2024: Candidates will be able to download the admit card from July 9 through the official website, apsc.nic.in.

NEW DELHI: The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has announced the exam dates for the Junior Engineer (JE) recruitment exam 2024. As per the schedule, the APSC JE 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on July 14. The exam will be held in two shifts. Shift 1 exam will take place from 10 am to 12 pm and the shift 2 exam will begin from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
The commission will issue the APSC JE 2024 admit card on July 9 onwards. Candidates who applied for the exam will be able to download the admit card by visiting the official website, apsc.nic.in. The APSC JE 2024, shift 1 exam will cover general studies, while shift 2 will focus on subjects including civil, mechanical, electrical, and chemical disciplines.
The APSC recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 264 Junior Engineer posts in civil, mechanical, electrical, and chemical disciplines under the Public Health Engineering Department. As per the official notice, physically disabled (PwBD) candidates who wish to apply for a scribe for the exam should submit their request in writing along with supporting documents to the commission or send an email to apsc-asm@nic.in by July 8, 2024.

APSC JE 2024: Exam pattern
The APSC JE 2024 exam will be conducted online carrying 100 objective-type questions covering general studies and engineering subjects. For each correct answer, candidates will be awarded one mark, and the total duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
