BHU UG Admission 2024: Round 4 seat allotment result out at bhu.ac.in; fee payment deadline

NEW DELHI: Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has announced the BHU UG 2024 round 4 seat allotment result today, August 21 at 6 pm. Candidates who participated in the counselling process will be able to check the BHU round 4 seat allotment result by visiting the official website, bhu.ac.in.

BHU seat allotment 2024 is determined by several factors, including candidates' CUET scores, merit ranks, and the preferences they submit during counselling. The process also considers the candidate's category and any applicable quotas, such as reserved categories or special quotas like sports and ECA. The availability of seats in specific programmes or colleges further influences the BHU seat allocation .

BHU UG Seat Allotment 2024: Fee payment deadline

As per the BHU UG seat allotment notice, candidates are required to confirm their seats and pay the requisite admission fee in online mode by September 2, by 11:59 pm. The BHU 2024 counselling process for UG began on July 20, with the last date for registration initially set for August 10, but later extended to August 12. The deadline for preference filling and the BHU UG form correction facility was August 12. Following this, the preferences were auto locked on August 13.

BHU UG Counselling 2024: Fee payment in case of upgradation

In case of upgradation (whether through preference or quota), candidates are required to use the "Payment" option available on their admission dashboard for each round, regardless of whether the fee is higher, the same, or lower in the upgraded course.

If the upgraded preference involves a higher fee, the candidate must pay the difference. On the other hand, if the upgraded course has a lower fee, a refund will be processed according to university regulations. Failure to pay or adjust the admission fee within the given timeframe will result in the cancellation of the allotted or upgraded seat. If payment is not made, the admission will be cancelled.

BHU UG Counselling 2024: Documents required

Candidates will require the following documents for BHU counselling 2024.

• Score card of CUET
• Certificate of Class 10
• Mark sheet of Class 10
• Class 12 marksheet and certificate
• SC, ST, OBC certificate on the basis of reserved quota
• Transfer or migration certificate (should be carried in case of university except BHU)
• Sports category certificate for candidates from sports quota.
• Certificate issued by central registry for sons, daughters of permanent employees re employed, retired, deceased employees of Banaras Hindu University.
