Join Careers360 PremiumNEW DELHI: The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has announced the exam dates for Bihar police sub-inspectors main recruitment exam. The Bihar Police SI recruitment mains exam is scheduled to take place on February 25, 2024. The exam will be conducted in two shifts from 10 am to 12 noon and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
The BPSSC recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 1,275 vacancies for the post of police sub-inspectors in the department. As per the notice, candidates who are appearing for the exam will have to report to the venue at 8:30 am and 1 pm for the first and second shifts respectively.
Candidates who cleared the BPSSC SI prelims exam can download the admit cards from the official website of BPSSC from February 6 onwards.
According to the official notice, candidates who are unable to download the e-admit card from the website can collect it from the office of Bihar Police Under Service Commission 5, Harding Road, Patna 800001 on February 20, 2024, from 10 am to 5 pm.

BPSSC SI Main Exam 2024: Important guidelines
The BPSSC has issued some important examination guidelines in the official notice. Candidates should check these guidelines before appearing in the exam.

The roll number-specific list of examination centres will be available on the Commission's website from February 6, 2024. Candidates must verify the accuracy of their downloaded e-admit cards.

Candidates should save their admit cards after the examination in case the appointing authority, requires them for processes such as the main written examination, physical efficiency test, record verification, and submission.

Use only a blue or black ballpoint pen to complete the answer sheet; gel pens or pencils are not allowed. There is no need to darken the second copy separately. Failure to adhere may result in disqualification.

Candidates should ensure that there are no stray markings on the answer sheet, and avoid using any other paper, calculator, or cell phone, as this will result in disqualification.
