BSM invites applications for PGDM programme in finance, marketing and data analytics

BSM PGDM Programme: Candidates who apply before March 25 will get a scholarship based on entrance exam scores.
NEW DELHI: Badruka School of Management (BSM) is accepting applications for its two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme for the academic years 2024-26. The programme will offer courses in strategy, finance, marketing, human resource management, operations, quantitative methods, economics, data analytics and digital technologies.
The application form-filling process of the BSM PGDM programme is underway. Candidates who want to apply should fill out the application form by March 25 through the official website, badrukaschoolofmanagement.edu. Candidates will be selected after the personal interview conducted in online mode.
As per the institute, up to 120 candidates applying before March 25, 2024, will get a scholarship based on profiles and entrance exam scores. The PGDM programme spans six trimesters over two years, providing a full-time residential learning experience. The Programme follows a two-week block teaching model, where each course will be taught for two weeks.
In the first year, students will be engaged in 18 compulsory core courses and 6 Essential Skills and Perspective courses (ESPs) for workplace readiness and multidisciplinary learning. In the second year, students will get the flexibility to choose various elective courses along with the specialisation. Students are required to complete a minimum of one specialisation and have the option to select up to a maximum of two specialisations.

BSM PGDM Programme: Eligibility criteria
Candidates should check the following eligibility criteria before applying for the programme.

Candidates should have passed Class 10, 12 from a recognised board.

Candidates should have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.

Candidates should have a valid score from the Common Admission Test (CAT), Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET), AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) or any other state-level management entrance exam.
According to the official press release, the PGDM programme curriculum includes courses in sustainable businesses, design thinking, and digital businesses. The programme emphasised hands-on learning via real-world industry projects, corporate mentorship initiatives, and a compulsory 3-month internship.
