The duration of CBSE Class 10 Hindi exam 2025 was 3 hours. Students got 15 minutes to read the CBSE Class 10 Hindi question paper. The CBSE Class 10 Hindi exam 2025 was conducted from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

According to Shweta Gupta, Hindi Educator (TGT) at JAIN International Residential School (JIRS), Bengaluru, the CBSE Class 10 Hindi exam 2025 was well-structured and student friendly. As per Gupta the CBSE Class 10 Hindi paper 2025 was entirely based on the NCERT syllabus. The CBSE Class 10 Hindi exam 2025 followed the sample paper pattern.

'No tricky questions'

The CBSE Class 10 Hindi exam 2025 featured a mix of direct and analytical questions. As per Lalit Kumar Mishra, subject expert at Seth MR Jaipuria Schools, the CBSE Class 10 Hindi paper was not lengthy. "The language used in the question paper was clear and concise. Overall, the CBSE Class 10 Hindi question paper was well-structured, assessing students' linguistic abilities, creative expression, and critical thinking skills effectively, " said Mishra.

CBSE Class 10 passing marks 2025

According to the CBSE Class 10 passing marks 2025, students are required to obtain 33% in total to get promoted to the next class. Additionally, students will be required to score 33% separately in practical as well as theory papers to pass the CBSE Class 10 board exams 2025. In CBSE Class 10 Hindi course-B 2025, internal assessment carries 20 marks and theory paper is worth 80 marks.

The CBSE Class 10 board exams 2026 will be conducted in two phases—from February 17 to March 6, and from May 5 to May 20. CBSE will collect feedback on the draft policy until March 9. This new system will initially be implemented for CBSE Class 10 in 2026. The CBSE Class 12 board exam will continue to be held in a single session for now.
