In an official circular, the board directed all schools designated as examination centres to update the IPS portal with the required information. The details include the bank account particulars of examiners, observers, and other functionaries engaged in the conduct of practical exams.
CBSE instructed principals and centre superintendents to personally verify the data before final submission. It emphasised that incomplete or inaccurate information may result in payments being transferred to the wrong account. In such cases, the responsibility for recovery will rest with the concerned school authorities.
“Principals must personally review the data before finalising it on the IPS portal and ensure that no data of any examiner/observer is left unfilled,” the official circular said.

No examiner or record should be left blank: CBSE
The board stated that no record of any examiner or observer should be left unfilled on the IPS portal. Schools have been asked to complete the data entry process at the earliest to facilitate the smooth processing of payments.
Recently, the board directed schools to submit details of Children with Special Needs (CWSN) appearing in the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations 2026. The facility will be available on the Pariksha Sangam portal from September 9 to 22.
Schools will have to log in to the portal using their credentials and access the list of CWSN students as per the data already uploaded in the List of Candidates (LOC). The system will also display the facilities available for each category of students based on their disability.
