Download EbookOver 2.65 lakh students appeared for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET 2026) held in three sessions by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB). The Gujarat Board conducted the GUJCET 2026 exam smoothly, with no reported incidents of malpractice.
According to the official GSHSEB notice, a total of 2,72,631 students registered, of whom 2,65,122 appeared for the GUJCET 2026 entrance exam held in three sessions for physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics subjects.
Nearly 7,000 registered students did not appear for the GUJCET 2026 exam.

GUJCET 2026: How many appeared?

GUJCET Answer Key 2026
GSHSEB will soon publish the GUJCET 2026 provisional answer keys on its official website, gseb.org. Candidates will be able to calculate their expected GUJCET 2026 scores before the results are announced.
The GUJCET final answer key 2026 will be published along with the GUJCET results. As per past years’ trends, GUJCET results 2026 are expected to be announced by the end of May 2026.
How to calculate the GUJCET score 2026?
The GUJCET paper 2026 comprises 120 questions. As per the GUJCET marking scheme, candidates will be given one mark for each correct answer, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
Students who appeared for the GUJCET exam 2026 can calculate their probable scores using the marking scheme and formula given below.
