Subscribe NowThe Department of School Education has announced the results for the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (KARTET 2025). Along with the Karnataka TET result, the final answer key has also been published for all subject papers.
The Karnataka TET exam was conducted on December 7 in two shifts – paper 1 was held from 9.30 am to 12 noon and paper 2 from 2 pm to 4.30 pm. This year, the department revised the eligibility criteria by excluding the BEd qualification for paper 1.
The TET exam is conducted for two categories – paper 1 is held for candidates who have applied to Class 1 to 5 teacher recruitment, and paper 2 for teacher vacancies in Class 6 to 8.
As per the Karnataka TET final answer key, only one question has been deleted from paper 1, part 1 of the Language 1 exam. Some questions also have multiple correct answers. The Kar TET question paper consisted of multiple-choice questions carrying 150 marks.
How to check Karnataka TET results 2025
Candidates can follow the steps given below to view and download the Karnataka TET results 2025.
- Visit the Kar TET official website, sts.karnataka.gov.in.
- Click on the KARTET result download link on the homepage.
- Now, enter your application number and date of birth.
- Submit the Karnataka TET application number and login credentials.
- The KAR TET result will be displayed.
- Download and save it for future reference.
Recently, the school education minister Madhu Bangarappa said Karnataka has 41,088 government primary schools. Out of the 1,78,935 sanctioned teaching posts, 1,33,345 posts have been filled and 45,590 teachers posts remain vacant. The minister said that the vacancies will be filled in a phased manner by the next academic year.
