The memo provides information about the assigned college, course, and required fee payment. If candidates do not report to their allocated college or fail to pay the admission fee on time, they will forfeit their seat and options for future allotments. Post-allotment steps include reporting to the college for document verification and payment of fees, and admission will be confirmed only after completing these processes.
KLEE 2024 seat allotment: Options available
The KLEE 2024 seat allotment result for both the 3-year and 5-year LLB programs offers candidates three options to manage their seat after allotment:
-
Freeze : This option allows candidates to accept the allotted seat and confirm their admission. By choosing "freeze," candidates commit to the seat and will not be considered for future rounds of seat allotment.
-
Float : Candidates selecting this option accept their current seat but wish to be considered for higher preferences in subsequent rounds of allotment. If a seat in a higher-preference college is allotted, they can switch, but if not, they retain the current seat.
-
Slide : This option is similar to "float," but it is specific to candidates wishing to move to a different program or branch within the same institution. If no preferable seat is available, they keep their current seat.
These options give candidates flexibility in deciding whether to stick with their current allotment or explore better opportunities in future rounds.
CEE Kerala conducted the Kerala Law Entrance Exam for admission into 5-year LLB, 3-year LLB and LLM courses of participating law colleges in Kerala. For KLEE 2024 there are 3,120 seats for 5-year LLB and 1,110 seats for 3-year LLB. For KLEE LLM, there are 155 available seats.
