NEW DELHI: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to conduct the CBSE improvement exams 2021 from August 25, 2021. The board has released the CBSE board improvement exam date sheet on August 10, 2021. Students who are not satisfied with the marks obtained in the CBSE result 2021 can appear in the improvement exams. Only 5 days are left for the exams. Here is how to utilize the remaining time to score well.

How to prepare for CBSE improvement exam 2021?

  • Check the complete syllabus

Go through all the important topics and sub topics and sort the important ones. With less than 6 days left in hand now, do not try to cover any new topic as this may lead to confussion. Just focus on whatever has been studied till date.

  • Make short notes

While reading the important topics, make short and quick notes. Prepare flow charts wherever required. Note down all the important formulas, equations and definitions, separately and go through them every once in a while. Also, practice all the important diagrams on a regular basis.

  • Practice Sample question papers

CBSE board releases the sample question papers on the official website cbseacademic.nic.in. Students can download the sample questions and practice them regularly. With the help of sample papers, students can analyze the type of questions asked. Try to solve the paper in the stipulated time, to learn how to manage time in the examination.

  • Go through the previous year question papers

By checking the previous year papers, students can analyze the exam pattern, marking scheme, and type of questions asked previously. This way, students can easily chalk out a plan and see which topic needs more attention.

  • Revision is the key

Revise everything studied till date. Go through the important topics again and again. Most importantly, do not start any new topic. Not just verbally but try to revise important points by writing them. This will boost the confidence of the students.
