NEW DELHI: Students appearing for Class 10 and Class 12 Maharashtra state board exams can submit their exam forms till a day before the written exams, said Varsha Eknath Gaikwad, minister of school education, Maharashtra. Students have also been provided with an exemption from late fees. “Nobody should miss the exam because of technical difficulties”, she said.
Class 10 students can apply for the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) SSC exam till March 14, 2022, and students of Class 12 can apply for MSBSHSE HSC till March 3, 2022.

“Considering the prevailing difficult situation, students are exempted this year from the late fee for filing the form after the deadline,” Gaekwad announced in the Legislative Council.
“The government will see to it that no student misses out on the MSBSHSE Class 10 and Class 12 examination due to technical issues”, she said on her Twitter post.

The minister was informed about the lack of internet connectivity in certain villages, due to which the students are not able to submit the examination forms in time.
“As many as 14,31, 667 applications have been received from HSC students and 15,56,861 from SSC students for being enrolled into the exams”, Gaekwad said in her tweet.
MSBSHSE has recently released timetables for both Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination on its official website mahahsscboard.in.

MHSSC: HSC, SSC Maharashtra board 2022 exam date
Both the HSC vocational exam and HSC general and bifocal exam for Class 12 is scheduled to begin on March 4, 2022.
The SSC examination for Class 10 will commence from March 15, 2022, onwards.
