NEW DELHI: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has warned the medical colleges of actions including non-processing of their applications if they disallow the assessors from the NMC Medical Assessment and Rating Board (MARB) to do their duty.
In a public notice released by the NMC , it said that the MARB has noticed some medical colleges not allowing the assessors from NMC to do their duty. " The assessors will continue inspection irrespective of the status of any pending applications or their withdrawal. Failure to comply with this notice will invite actions including non-processing of all their applications for that academic year," said the notice from NMC.
Medical colleges can contact NMC for any related queries on the email ug.marb@nmc.org.in for undergraduate courses and pg.marb@nmc.org.in for postgraduate courses. NMC further informed that the earlier notice released on August 24 was withdrawn. The notice spoke about the applications from medical colleges for non processing of colleges who have withdrawn their applications.
