The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET 2026) is a highly competitive medical entrance exam held for admission to MBBS and BDS courses at medical colleges across the country. NEET answer key LIVE updates.
NTA will announce the NEET qualifying cut-off 2026 along with the results; on the other hand, admission cutoffs for the exam are based on the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) All India NEET UG counselling.
However, the counselling cutoffs for medical colleges depend mainly on how many appeared for the exam, the difficulty level, the number of seats offered, the candidate’s category, and the scores obtained in the NEET 2026 exam. Therefore, the NEET cutoffs for every colleges various.

NEET 2026 qualifying marks for general, OBC, SC, ST
The minimum qualifying percentile will be announced along with the NEET 2026 results. However, last year’s NEET qualifying cut-offs saw a slight dip for all categories, compared to NEET 2025.

Candidates in the General and EWS categories are required to secure at least the 50th percentile in NEET, while those belonging to the OBC, SC, and ST categories must achieve at least the 40th percentile.

What is a good score in NEET 2026?
Based on trends from previous years, a score of 650+ improves the chances of securing a seat in a government medical college .
