NEST 2021 application form to be out on Feb 24; Check changes in exam pattern
The NEST 2021 registration process will begin from February 24 and will be over on April 30.

NEW DELHI: National Institute of Science and Education Research Bhubaneswar (NISER) and University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UMDAE CBS) will release the NEST 2021 application form on February 24 in the online mode at nestexam.in. The last date to fill the NEST application form 2021 will be April 30.
Candidates can select a maximum of five city preferences for NEST 2021 entrance test while filling the application form. The registered candidates can download the NEST admit card 2021 from May 20.
NEST 2021 will be conducted on June 14 for admission to 257 seats offered in integrated MSc programmes offered by National Institute of Science and Education Research Bhubaneswar (NISER) and University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences. The online entrance examination of NEST 2021 will be held in two different sessions, i.e, Session 1 (9 AM - 12:30 PM); Session 2 - (2 PM - 5:30 PM).
The exam pattern of NEST 2021 has also been changed this year. The entrance examination will now have only four sections - biology, physics, chemistry and mathematics. The general section has been removed from the question paper. Each section will consist of 50 marks
The result of NEST 2021 will be announced on June 30. The NEST 2021 merit list will be prepared based on the best three scores out of the four sections. The section with the least score will be omitted.
