NEET 2025: How to manage time?
According to Vipin Kumar Sharma the faculty at Physics Wallah (PW), to prepare for NEET UG candidates must design a schedule that compliments their classes. Students can watch pre-recoded lectures at their own pace, especially for topics they find challenging and are confident about.
Candidates should give some extra time to solve daily practice problems (DPPs) and also focus on revision. Candidates must aim for 3-4 hours of dedicated self-study for practice and thorough review.
Candidates should also make time for regular breaks to refresh themselves. One can engage in short physical exercises or activities during the breaks to keep themselves energized and also reduce stress. Candidates should avoid making new timetable every day or restart from scratch frequently. They should instead follow a stable timetable that can be maintained easily as consistency is key to achieve NEET preparation goals.
