TAPMI Manipal launches new MBA programme in international business

TAPMI MBA IB students will get an opportunity to spend fourth semester at one of TAPMI’s partner universities or business schools around the world.
NEW DELHI: TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal announced the introduction of the new MBA programme in international business (MBA IB). The TAPMI MBA-IB programme duration is two years with four semesters. Students can specialize in one of the two streams that the programme offers -- global strategy and leadership and global transnational management. The first one has a special emphasis on the European Union, and the second one has a functional focus, claims the institute.
According to a statement from the institute, the objective of the new TAPMI MBA IB program is “Global Leadership through innovation and integrated Value-Creation”. At the end of the first year, there is an eight weeks summer internship as part of the programme, where s tudents can take up a project offered by corporate concerns.

MBA IB students of TAPMI Manipal will also get an opportunity to spend the fourth semester at one of TAPMI’s partner universities or business schools around the world. Students can also get foreign language training during the programme duration. The course also offers opportunities for international certification and a master’s thesis .
Located in Manipal, Karnataka, TAPMI is one of the five B-Schools in India with the coveted double crown accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business (AACSB) as well as the Association of MBAs (AMBA). TAPMI has also found its way into the QS World University Rankings with a 101-125 band ranking in the masters in management category 2020. TAPMI offers other programmes such as MBA (core), MBA banking and financial services, MBA human resources and MBA marketing and sales.
