Telangana to offer free JEE, NEET, CLAT coaching to government school students

Telangana will offer free online coaching classes between July and December 2025, giving access to JEE, NEET previous years’ question papers.

Try NowTelangana government will start a free coaching programme for students aspiring for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main), National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG), and Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) exams. The free coaching will be provided to students studying in government junior colleges, model schools, and Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs).

The duration of coaching classes will be from July 2025 to December 2025. The mode of classes will be online and they will be offered in both Telugu and English languages. All the learners will get login credentials to access the programme which will comprise live and recorded interactive sessions, one-on-one communication via the Mithra platform, daily practice tests and performance tracking.
Additionally, students will also get access to previous 10 years’ JEE and NEET question papers.
The state government is conducting the free JEE, NEET coaching programme in collaboration with EdTech PhysicsWallah. It states that the initiative is a part of its commitment to empower students from underprivileged backgrounds through access to exam preparation for competitive exams.

In addition to the academic content, each institution will be provided with user IDs for smooth access to the platform and for assessing the progress of the students. Orientation sessions for parents and teachers will also be organised before the official commencement of the programme.
As part of a holistic approach, the government will distribute sports kits to the students under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan and hold a special training session for government junior college principals shortly to ensure effective implementation of the initiative.
