Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) will end the registration process for the group 2 combined civil services examination 2024 today, July 19. Eligible candidates can fill out the TNPSC group 2 application form by visiting the official website at tnpsc.gov.in.
The TNPSC group 2 exam is scheduled to be held on September 14. The exam will be conducted in a single shift from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The commission will open the application correction window from July 24 to July 26, 2024, allowing candidates to edit their online application details during this period.
The TNPSC recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 2,327 vacancies for assistant inspector, deputy commercial tax officer, special assistant, assistant section officer, audit inspector etc. Out of the total vacancies, 507 are reserved for Group 2 posts, and 1,820 are allocated for Group 2A posts.
Candidates should pay an application fee of Rs 100 to register for the TNPSC Group 2 preliminary examination. Those who have not claimed a fee exemption and are shortlisted for the main written examination, based on the preliminary examination results, will need to pay a main examination fee of Rs 150.

To apply for the TNPSC Group 2 Prelims Exam 2024, candidates should follow these steps:

Complete the one-time registration form by entering the necessary information.

Log in using the credentials created during registration.

Fill out the application form with your personal and academic details.

Upload the required documents, pay the application fee, and submit the form.

Download and print a copy of the completed form for future reference.
