TSPSC group 2 services exam 2022 postponed; exam pattern, selection process

NEW DELHI: The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has postponed the group 2 services exam 2022. The Commission has rescheduled the examination for the second time.
As per the official notice, TSPSC group 2 services exam, which was initially scheduled for January 6 and 7, 2024, has been postponed. The revised dates of examination will be announced in due course.
The commission is expected to issue the admit card for the TSPSC group 2 recruitment exam. Once issued, candidates can use their login credentials such as registration ID and date of birth to download the TSPSC group 2 admit card from the official website at tspsc.gov.in.
TSPSC Group 2 Recruitment 2023: Selection process
The TSPSC group 2 selection process includes two stages- written exam and interview. Following the interview, candidates' aggregate marks in both the written exam and the interview will be considered to determine final selection list for TSPSC group 2 recruitment.
TSPSC Group 2 Recruitment 2023: Exam pattern
Stage 1 which is the written test, carries a total of 600 marks. The written test will consist of four papers- General studies and general abilities; history, polity and society; economy and development, Telangana movement and state formation
There will be 150 objective type questions in each of these papers. Each paper carries 150 marks in total. Candidates will receive 1 mark for each correct answer and the total duration of the paper is 2 hours 30 minutes.
Following the conclusion of the written exam, candidates who clear the exam stage will be shortlisted to appear in the interview. The interview round will carry a total of 75 marks.
