Wipro to sponsor MTech studies under ‘Work Integrated Learning Program 2022’
Wipro announces Work Integrated Learning Program 2022 for BCA, BSc graduates, company to sponsor MTech studies under the program. Apply before Oct 24.

NEW DELHI: Wipro has announced the Work Integrated Learning Program 2022 and has invited applications from BCA and BSc graduates to join the programme. The programme offers an opportunity to work at Wipro and simultaneously pursue MTech to be sponsored by the company.
Announcing the program, the company said, “Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program 2022 offers BCA and BSc students a chance to do it all! Start working at Wipro while pursuing an MTech degree from a premier university. Here’s the best part — we sponsor your degree too. Interested?”

To apply for the programme, the candidates need to have a score of minimum 60% in their graduation or a CGPA of 6.0 as per the university guidelines. The last date to register for the program is October 24. The candidates can apply for the program on the official website of Wipro .
Candidates with BCA degree and who have pursued Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Physics are eligible to apply for the programme.

The company will conduct an online assessment to qualify for the program. The shortlisted candidates have to go through an online assessment test which will be of 80 minutes. The online assessment test will consist of an aptitude test which will have Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative questions and will (each section has 20 minutes, 20 questions). This will be followed by a written communication test (20 minutes). If the candidates get selected in online assessment, they will be called for a business discussion round.
Wipro will not allow the candidates who have participated in the company's selection process held in the last 3 months. The candidates will be informed about the online assessment via registered email by the company. Wipro has also asked for Core Mathematics as one subject in Graduation as mandatory for applying to the programme. Company will not consider Alternatives like Business Maths and Applied Maths as core Mathematics in graduation.

The company will accept the application of candidates with a maximum of 3 years of education gap, however it will be allowed between Class 10 and graduation. The program will not consider candidates with gaps in graduation, it should be completed within 3 years. “Education should be regular full time only in 10th, 12th and Graduation recognized by the Central/State Government of India. Max of 1 active backlog till the interview stage. Offers will be meted out subject to all backlog clearances, said Wipro.
Nationals of Bhutan and Nepal will be considered for the programme and they need to submit their citizenship certificate to be eligible.
Work Integrated Learning Program: Stipend Details
Period: (INR Per Month)
1st Year : 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + Joining Bonus of 75k
2nd Year: 17,000 +533 (ESI)
3rd Year : 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
4th Year: 23,000
The company said, it will employ the candidates after the completion of the project as Senior Project Engineer and compensation will range from Rs 6,00,000 p.a onwards
