NEW DELHI: After CBSE and CISCE board, state boards started cancelling the Class 12 board exams. UP board, Haryana board, MP board, GSEB, UBSE, Maharashtra board, RBSE and several other state boards have already cancelled their 12th board exams.

JAC, PSEB 12th, TS intermediate, AP intermediate and some other board exams have not been cancelled yet. A final decision on these state board 12th exam 2021 is expected to be taken soon.
For the cancelled Class 12 board exam 2021, respective boards will develop an evaluation criteria or objective criteria. Students will get marks based on their respective state board evaluation criteria.
CBSE has said that developing CBSE class 12 objective criteria may take around two weeks. The board has set up a committee to develop the evaluation criteria for the Class 12 cancelled exams.

The meeting to discuss Class 10 and 12 evaluation criteria of UP board will be held today at 2 pm. The district-level officials will join this meeting through video conference. The board has also sought suggestions regarding evaluation criteria from the representative of schools.
Tamil Nadu government has taken a final decision on TN plus two exam 2021. This year, the Tamil Nadu 12th exam has been cancelled, reports NDTV. The report further says that a committee to recommend the evaluation criteria will be formed. Students will get marks as per the criteria and they will get admission to all higher educational institutions only on the basis of these marks.
Himachal Pradesh government has cancelled HPBOSE Class 12 board exam 2021 due to the current pandemic situation, reports NDTV. Now, the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) will devise the criteria for evaluation and students will get marks based on it.
Students who are not satisfied with the marks given as per HPBOSE criteria will be allowed to appear in the special examination. The special examination will be held when the situation becomes conducive for conducting exams.
After cancelling the 12th board exam 2021, the respective education board will come up with evaluation criteria or objective criteria. School authorities will upload students marks and performance details in previously held exams as asked by the respective board.
The result will be compiled on the basis of the details submitted and other details already available with the board. Students should read the detailed notification related to the evaluation criteria to be released. Using it, they can have an estimate of their Class 12 board exam marks.

Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh conducts AP inter exam 2021 for first and second year students. This year, the AP intermediate exam was scheduled to begin on May 5, 2021. The decision to cancel UPMSP exams was taken after a meeting with CM Yogi Adityanath and respective board officials. Students will get marks on the basis of an evaluation criteria which is to be developed by the board.
Haryana government has cancelled the Class 12 board exam 2021 of HBSE. The board will prepare Class 12 HBSE results based on the internal assessment. Students will get marks based on the objective criteria and results will be prepared in a time-bound manner. A final decision on Assam HSLC and HS exam 201 is yet to be taken by the government. Earlier, Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu confirmed that Class 10 and 12 exams of Assam board will be held and there is no alternative.

No, the notice on cancellation of`JAC 10th, 12th board exam 2021 is fake. This notice was being circulated on social media and the board refuted this fake notice by making an announcement on the official website.
The board is yet to take any final decision regarding the Jharkhand board exam 2021. As of now, these exams are not cancelled.
After the 10th exam cancellation, the National Institute of Open Schooling has decided to cancel NIOS Class 12 board exam 2021 due to the prevailing situation of COVID-19 pandemic. Students will be evaluated on the basis of objective criteria to be developed by the board.
This decision will provide relief to around 1.75 lakh students who registered for NIOS exams.
The board has not cancelled the PSEB 12th exam 2021. The final decision on the Punjab board exams is expected to be taken soon. This year, the board will conduct PSEB Class 12 exams only for three major subjects in each stream.
