Bihar DCECE 2024 application correction window closes today; editable fields

Bihar DCECE 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on June 22 and 23 in pen and paper mode.
NEW DELHI: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will close the Bihar Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (Bihar DCECE) 2024 application form correction facility today, May 26. The DCECE 2024 correction window will be open for three days till May 26. The Bihar DCECE 2024 form correction window is active at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
Candidates who have registered for the exam can only access the Bihar DCECE 2024 application correction window to edit their forms. Candidates will require their registration number and password to make corrections in the Bihar DCECE 2024 application form. The Bihar DCECE 2024 admit card will be available from June 13 onwards. The Bihar DCECE 2024 exam will be held on June 22 and 23.
Enrollment into diploma engineering programs at polytechnic institutions in Bihar is facilitated through the DCECE or Polytechnic Engineering (PE) exam. It's essential for students to understand that besides securing admission to three-year engineering diploma courses, DCECE 2024 will also serve as the qualifying examination for entry into other programs including Para-medical (PM) at intermediate level, Para-medical dental (PMD) at matric level, and Part-time 4-year Polytechnic Engineering (PPE).
Bihar DCECE 2024 exam pattern
The Bihar DCECE 2024 exam will be held in offline mode. The duration of Bihar DCECE 2024exam is 2 hours 15 minutes. There will be a total of 90 questions. The Bihar DCECE 2024 paper will only have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The exam carries a total of 450 marks. Candidates will get 5 marks for each correct answer and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

Candidates will be able to edit the following details on Bihar DCECE 2024 application form.

- Mother name
- Academic details
- Photograph - image upload
- Signature – image upload
- Caste certificate
- Income certificate
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Category
- Sub-category (PwB)
Candidates are not permitted to edit personal details such as name, phone number, email ID and address. Once the candidate submits after corrections, the form will be frozen.

Candidates can follow these steps to utilize the Bihar DCECE 2024 application correction facility.
- Visit the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
- Login with your credentials such as user ID and password
- Open your CA application form
- Edit the application form as required.
- Click on save and submit.
- Download a copy for future reference.
