The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) opened the final edit window for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) 2025 application form today, June 6. 2025. Candidates who applied for the FMGE June 2025 exam can edit details till June 9 through the official website at natboard.edu.in.

During this period, candidates can rectify deficiencies related to images submitted with the FMGE June 2025 application. This includes the opportunity to update or correct photographs, signatures, and thumb impressions. Candidates can also rectify deficiencies related to document uploads through an online deficiency document submission portal.
The documents that can be edited include the primary medical qualification certificate (PMQC), the apostille or attestation of the PMQC by the concerned Indian embassy, the eligibility certificate or admission letter, and proof of citizenship. This portal will remain accessible until July 10, 2025, at 11:55 pm.
“No further opportunity shall be given to make corrections. Candidates are advised to submit the images in their application as per the prescribed image upload guidelines. Failure to submit images as per guidelines and/or failure to rectify the images shall invite rejection of the application,” the official notice said.
FMGE June 2025 Form Correction: Document specifications
Candidates can make corrections to their FMGE June 2025 application forms by ensuring their documents meet the specified guidelines outlined below.
Photograph Specification
- The photo should be in colour with a white background and clearly show your face.
- The image size should be under 80kb; check this by right-clicking the image and selecting “Properties.”
- The photo should be in .jpg or .jpeg format.
- Ensure the image is not blurred and avoid any digital enhancement or retouching.
- Candidates' faces should occupy 70-80% of the frame.
Signature Specification
- The candidate should provide a complete signature, not just initials.
- Sign on a blank white sheet without lines, inside a 3.5 x 1.5 cm box using blue or black pen.
- Scan the signature at 200 dpi and save it in .jpeg or .jpg format.
- Crop only the box area, not the entire page. The image size should be under 80kb.
Thumb impression
- Set the scanner to 200 dpi.
- Save the scanned thumbprint as a .jpg or .jpeg file.
- Crop only the box area.
- Ensure the image size is under 80kb

FMGE June 2025 exam date
The FMGE 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on July 26, 2025. Candidates will receive their test city details by July 10, 2025, and admit cards will be issued on July 22, 2025. The FMGE June 2025 results for the examination are expected to be announced by August 26, 2025.
The board will provide an FMGE June 2025 demo test on the official website on natboard.edu.in to help candidates familiarise themselves with the computer-based test format. Candidates are expected to access the demo test tentatively from July 14, 2025.
