The Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Courses (ACPPGMEC) has declared the Gujarat NEET PG round 1 seat allotment, along with detailed instructions for completing the admission process.
As per the first round Gujarat NEET PG seat allotments 2025 , Anjali Kumari who obtained All India Rank (AIR) 25 and state merit rank 3 opted for Dermatology ,Venereology and Leprosy at BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad. Most students in the top 10 chose MD Radio Diagnosis and MD General Medicine.
BJMC Ahmedabad , ranked 45 in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF 2025), is the most popular choice of toppers this year.
As per the schedule, candidates allotted seats in round 1 will have to complete the fee payment by 3.30 pm on December 5. Thirty-four designated branches of Axis Bank have been listed for collection of fees. They will have to report at the help centre between December 2 to December 6.
The committee stated that there are 254 vacant seats after round 1 due to non-conversion. It also informed that the fee structure of eight medical colleges have been revised due to the increase in seat capacity . These colleges are –

- Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhuj
- GCS Medical College, Ahmedabad
- Dr ND Desai Faculty of Medical Science and Research, Nadiad
- Nootan Medical College and Research Centre
- Parul Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Vadodara
- Dr MK Shah Medical College and Research Centre, Ahmedabad
- Shantabaa Medical College, Amreli.
Gujarat NEET PG 2025: Admission criteria
The ACPPGMEC has announced step-by-step instructions to complete the admission process for seat allotted candidates.
- Seat allotted candidates should visit the PG admission portal - medadmgujarat.org .
- Login in to your account using the credentials generated during registration.
- Check your seat allotment status.
- Print the allotment letter and book an appointment at a nearby help centre from your log in.
- Take a printout of the fee challan and make online payment through ACPPGMEC portal.
- Or, go to a nearby designated AXIS bank to deposit fees by means of cash or DD only.
Candidates under NRI category, undergraduate from outside the state or out of India, in-service and other special category candidates will be given appointments at GMERS Medical College Gandhinagar.
