IIT Bombay, Great Learning EdTech launch supply chain analytics with AI, ML applications certificate course

IIT Bombay: The six-month course is scheduled to begin in October 2025. Applications for the certificate programme are now open.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay’s department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (IEOR) has launched a certificate programme in Supply Chain Analytics with AI and ML applications 2025. The six-month course is launched in partnership with Great Learning edtech and is scheduled to begin in October 2025.
The applications for the IIT Bombay certificate course are open. Interested students applying for the programme should have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA.
The course is designed and will be delivered by IIT Bombay faculty. The new certificate course equips working professionals with an industry-aligned curriculum in supply chain analytics with AI and ML applications.

According to the official IIT Bombay statement, the course has five modules, wherein candidates will learn about introduction to data-driven supply chain analytics, demand forecasting and planning, data-driven inventory models, supply chain network design and optimisation, and transportation and risk analysis.
“The course will also focus on hands-on learning through case studies and scenario discussions covering advanced inventory models, network designs, machine learning algorithms for demand forecasting and GenAI for scenario planning,” the official IIT Bombay statement said.
