JAIN Online launches 2-year MBA in IT management

JAIN Online's MBA in IT programme will cover topics such as digital transformation, software engineering, ERP systems and IT project management.
NEW DELHI: The JAIN online, the e-learning arm of JAIN (deemed to be university), has launched two-year online MBA programme in information technology management for its September admission intake.
The programme offers students to integrate business strategies with modern concepts such as Information Technology. The university said the programme curriculum is aligned with industry standards and covers business as well as technology. The programme focuses on business principles, leadership essentials, and technology applications, it added.
To meet its objective, the programme curriculum covers topics such as digital transformation, software engineering, ERP systems, IT project management, system security, project management, telecommunications and information systems management.
The programme also provides access to more than 20,000 LinkedIn learning programme that include essential topics like Excel 2019, digital transformation, data visualisation, communication foundations, and SAP ERP essential training, the university said.
After completing the MBA programme, the participants can pursue career opportunities such as chief technology officer, business development manager, IT consultant, data processing manager, business analyst, project manager, and cyber security consultant. The MBA programme in IT management also provides recent engineering and science graduates with an avenue to enter into rewarding management roles.
Raj Singh, vice-chancellor of the university, said, "The two-Year MBA programme equips learners with the holistic skills needed to excel in today's quickly evolving IT and business landscape. This program empowers the learners to drive innovation and success by seamlessly integrating business acumen with technological expertise.”
