Now that the JEE main session 2 answer key 2025 PDF is out, students can calculate their probable scores. As per the JEE Main 2025 marking scheme, candidates will be awarded four marks for each correct answer while one mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.
Aspirants can raise objections, if any, against the NTA JEE Main answer key 2025 within the given deadline and by paying an objection fee of Rs 200 per question. The last date to challenge the JEE Mains official answer key 2025 is April 13. The subject experts will examine the challenges and publish the final JEE Mains answer key, based on which JEE Mains result 2025 will be prepared.
JEE Main 2025 session 2 was held from April 2 to 9 for paper 1 (BE, BTech), paper 2A (BArch), and paper 2B (BPlanning). The scores will be used for admission to undergraduate engineering and architecture programmes in the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and as a prerequisite for IIT JEE Advanced 2025.

Candidates applying through the SC category for admission to NIT through JEE Main, the minimum percentile required is 60.10.
For general category students: The JEE Main percentile for NIT in the general category is usually the highest percentile out of all the categories. As per the previous year's trends, the general category JEE Main cutoff percentile is 93.24.
