NVS extends Class 9, 11 lateral entry application 2024 deadline till November 15

Students can now fill the NVS admission 2024 form for Class 9 and 11 at navodaya.gov.in.
NEW DELHI: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has extended the Class 9 and 11 application deadlines for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) lateral entry admissions 2024-25. As per the latest updates, the last date to submit the application forms is November 15. Earlier, the deadline for lateral entry admission was November 7. Students can apply for JNVST Class 9 and 11 lateral entry admissions by visiting the official website at navodaya.gov.in.
According to the official dates, the lateral entry selection test for Class 9 and 11 will be conducted on February 10, 2024. Students must have passed their Class 10 exam from a CBSE-affiliated school, state board, or other recognised board during the 2023-24 academic year to be eligible for Class 11 admission to JNV.

The eligibility requirements for Class 9 are limited to individuals who are bona fide residents and are currently enrolled in Class 8 at one of the government or government-recognized schools in the district where a JNV is located.
Steps to apply for NVS admission 2024
Students can follow these steps to fill the application form for lateral entry selection test.

On the homepage, click on the “JNV Class 9 or 11 Admission 2024” link.

You will be redirected to a new page, go to the registration option.

Register yourself by entering all the required information.

Log in using the credentials generated during registration.

Fill out the application form.

Upload all the required documents.

Save and take the printout of the confirmation page.
