NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will announce the seat allotment result for the Presidency University Bachelor Degree Entrance Test (PUBDET)2024 counselling round 3 today, August 28. Candidates who exercised the choice-filling process will be able to download the PUBDET 2024 round 3 seat allotment letter through the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.
Candidates will have to enter their roll number and password log in and download the PUBDET round 3 seat allotment letter. Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat will have to pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 1,000.
As per the schedule, the last date to pay the seat acceptance fee is August 30. Candidates who have been allotted a seat during the PUBDET counselling process will have to report to the Presidency University for document verification and admission.

PUBDET Counselling 2024: Refunds and withdrawals
According to the official notification, PUBDET round 3 counselling 2024 is the final normal round, and no further upgradation will be available. After the completion of all e-counselling rounds, candidates who have been admitted will need to submit their seat acceptance fee to the institution. If a candidate decides not to join or continue at the institute, they must request cancellation of their admission from the institution and seek a refund.
“Students who have paid the seat acceptance fee and currently hold a seat can withdraw only during the seat acceptance period of Round 2. If they withdraw, they will get a full refund from WBJEEB through online banking within 60-90 days after all counselling rounds end,” the official notice read.
A student may also receive a refund if they pay the seat acceptance fee but do not complete the admission or withdrawal process. Refunds will be processed by WBJEEB in accordance with current regulations set by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), University Grants Commission (UGC), or similar bodies.
