REET 2022 Result Declared: 63.63% pass in Level 1, 52.19% in Level 2; scores normalised

NEW DELHI : 63.63% candidates have been declared pass in Level 1 while 52.19% in Level 2 in the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teacher (REET) 2022. The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) has declared the REET result 2022 for Level 1 and Level 2 today, September 29 on the official website – reetbser2022.in.
In Level 1, a total of 3,20,014 candidates appeared for the REET 2022 exam out of which 2,03,609 have passed the exam. Whereas, in Level 2, 11,55,904 candidates appeared for the exam out of which 6,03,228 have been declared pass.

In a joint statement issued by REET 2022 exam chief coordinator LN and coordinator Meghna Choudhary, it was told that since Level 2 exam was conducted in three phases, a normalisation process has been adopted.

Sij = µ +((Xij - µi)/ σi) * σ
µ = Mean of raw score of third shift.
σ = Standard deviation of raw scores of third shift.
Xij = Raw marks of jth candidate in ith shift.
Sij = Scaled Marks of jth candidate in ith shift.
µi = Mean of raw scores of ith shift.
σi = Standard Deviation of raw scores of ith shift.

REET 2022 was conducted on July 23 and 24. Several REET 2022 female candidates had alleged that they were asked to remove their dupattas and had to give away part of their clothes during exam held on July 23. Videos of sleeves of REET 2022 women candidates being cut during checking at centres to avoid cheating surfaced on social media. Many candidates were in tears as they missed their exam due to wrong centre details on admit card. Aspirants alleged that they were not allowed to write exams for being even one minute late. Cheating was also reported at some centres.
