NEW DELHI: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 10, 12 board exams for 2022-23 academic year is underway. The board will conduct the Class 10 language exams for Arabic, Tibetan, French, German, Russian, Persian, Nepali, Limboo, Lepcha and Carnatic Music, and Class 12 Hindi elective and Hindi core subject exam today, February 20. The CBSE has instructed examinees to report at the examination centre before 10 am. Students will not be allowed to enter the examination hall/room after the stipulated timeline. Barred items are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. The board has allowed candidates to carry only the following items inside the exam hall;

  • CBSE admit card 2023 - Class 10 or Class 12
  • School identity card
  • Pen, pencil, eraser, ruler and other required and permitted items.

CBSE board exam 2023: Exam day guidelines

  • Students must report at the examination centre in school uniform along with CBSE admit card 2023 and school identity card .
  • Items like mobile phones with GPS, communication devices, electronic items or barred items are strictly prohibited to carry at the examination centre.
  • CBSE has given 15 minutes extra time to the examinees to read the question paper.
  • Candidates are advised to strictly follow the instructions listed on the CBSE admit card 2023.
  • Upon completion of the exam timings, candidates are allowed to leave the examination center.
  • As per CBSE guidelines, students should refrain from spreading rumors and posting any material on social media platforms including WhatsApp, YouTube, and Twitter.
