Along with GATE results 2025, the institute will issue the GATE final answer key 2025 and GATE 2025 cut-off which will be the minimum marks required for qualifying the exam.
GATE 2025 result will be prepared and declared on the basis of the final answer key only. Participants were allowed to challenge the GATE answer key 2025 between February 27 and March 1. The subject experts will examine the objections and release the final key with changes, if any.
According to the GATE 2025 marking scheme, candidates will lose marks for wrong answers to the multiple-choice questions. The GATE 2025 question paper comprised two sections – general aptitude and candidate’s selected subject.
The difficulty level of the exam, number of students who appeared for the exam, and previous years’ trends will determine the GATE results. The examinees rated the GATE exam 2025 as overall moderate.
GATE 2025 was held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16 in two shifts for 30 test papers. The GATE exam scores will be used for admission to postgraduate programmes offered by the IITs, National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Science (IISc), and Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) recruitment.
