IIM Nagpur launches 8th batch of senior management programme; admissions ongoing

IIM Nagpur: The programme aims to empower senior-level professionals with the leadership skills required to ascend to leadership roles.
NEW DELHI : The Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (IIM Nagpur), has commenced admissions for the eighth batch of the Senior Management Programme, on October 23. The one-year programme is designed to equip mid-to-senior-level professionals with the required skills to ascend to leadership roles and guide their organization towards growth and innovation.
According to PwC India’s Crisis and Resilience Survey 2023, 52% of organisations cited upskilling future leaders as one of the top three critical elements in future-proofing their resilience.
The survey underscores the importance of leaders developing three essential components: integration, leadership and operational resilience, the IIM Nagpur statement added.
Furthermore, research commissioned by UST, a leading digital transformation solutions company, indicates that while most organisations have embraced artificial intelligence (AI), they lack a skilled AI workforce.
IIM Nagpur Senior Management Programme: Curriculum
The management programme offers a cutting-edge curriculum along with live online lectures, case studies, interactive sessions, group projects, and more. The programme will be delivered through an interactive learning (IL) platform in direct-to-device (D2D) mode.
The programme also features a three-day campus immersion, during which participants will engage in group projects and assignments. Additionally, they will benefit from weekly ‘Chamber Consulting’ sessions with faculty members, the IIM Nagpur note added.
IIM Nagpur Senior Management Programme: Modules
The programme's three core modules include – 'Leading and Managing in Today’s Business World,' 'Building Financial Acumen and Mastering Global Business Strategies,' and 'People, Profit and Sustainability: HR, Growth Strategies and Enterprise Risk Management.’
The modules comprise 16 core concepts which will help learners transition from managing specific roles to leading organisations,the IIM Nagpur note adds.
Speaking at the announcement, Metri Bhimaraya the director at IIM Nagpur said: “The IIM Nagpur-TimesPro Senior Management Programme is a significant offering for contemporary business professionals aiming to ensure sustainable growth and advance their careers. The three modules will equip professionals with critical skill sets, positioning them for global roles and enabling them to contribute significantly to organisational transformation and strategic growth.”
