ODM public school English PGT Asiqur Rahaman said, Reading and learning is a part of life, but examinations give a clear cut idea of where an individual stands in the process of learning, and at the same time, it shows the student's level to get admission into universities. Cancellation of the Class 12 board examination is a correct and appropriate decision taken by the Govt. of India. Covid-19 second wave is alarming and dangerous in comparison to the first wave. Life and education have been balanced through online classes, but it was challenging to conduct exams in an offline mode. As in the second wave of Covid-10 death rate is more and if students write offline exams, then students would be in danger of getting infected of Covid-19. So, "Balance diet makes a man healthy, Good decisions for the nation makes our students healthy and fit for the future."

Pragnya Paramita Sahoo, student of ODM Public School said,
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Greetings!
I am writing this on behalf of ODM Public school. Please find the reaction from the student and teacher on the 12th board exam cancellation.
I concur with the decision made by the Central Government to cancel the Board Exams 2020-21. The calamity of COVID-19 has brought a lot of tragedy and tribulations to the lives of the people. We, thus, cannot expect all the students to be in the right mindset for examinations. But at our school, thanks to the effectively executed revision classes and recurring VSTs we were thoroughly prepared for the Boards and I regret the fact that all the spadework has been rendered purposeless. Anyways I am grateful that the confusion and anxiety have terminated and with it, the health and well-being of the students, teachers and their families have been prioritized. But the question of an alternative evaluation of the students is still unanswered. I thus plea the Govt. and CBSE to take a prudential and timely decision in this regard such that the students receive the results they aptly deserved.
