Download NowNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the CUET UG 2024 registration process today through the official website, cuetug.ntaonline.in. The NTA will open the Common University Entrance Test undergraduate (CUET UG 2024) edit window between March 28 to 29. The exam is being held for admission into UG programmes for various central and state universities.

The CUET UG 2024 is being held for 61 subjects – 33 languages, 27 domain-specific and one general test. The exam will be held in hybrid mode i.e. pen and paper and computer-based test. The pen and paper mode will be held in three shifts. The question paper will be held in 13 languages – Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
CUET UG 2024 exam pattern
The CUET UG question paper will have 50 questions, of which they will have to attempt 40. The CUET UG 2024 general test will have to answer 50 questions, out of 60. There will be a choice of 10 questions in the general test question paper.
The students will have to attempt the question paper in 45 minutes. However, candidates will be given 60 minutes to attempt the mathematics/applied mathematics, accountancy, physics, chemistry, economics, computer science/informatics practices and general tests.
Maximum test papers
Students can apply for a maximum of six test papers (four or five domain subjects, including General Test and one or two languages).It is advisable for candidates to select at least one language, the NTA said.
Students from unreserved categories applying for the CUET UG will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 1,000 for three candidates.
