IoT, blockchain technology and fintech are other booming sectors in emerging technologies and pursuing a course in these fields will prove to be a thriving career on the global forefront, she added.
UI, UX designer
For creative geniuses and research enthusiasts, a career in UI or UX design or biotechnology would prove to be highly beneficial, Kanupriya further said. “Irrespective of whichever programme you choose to pursue, remember that matching your program choice with your interests can set you up for a sure-shot success in a rapidly evolving world. As such, high scorers of CUET should be vigilant to shortlist universities like Manav Rachna that not only provide new-age specialisations but also complement them with global industry connections, the latest infrastructural facilities, and impressive internships.”

BTech with specialisation
According to Nishtha Shukla Anand, trustee and head of brand and marketing, Shoolini University, “CUET has opened a world of opportunities for undergrad students. With new innovations and advancements, students would do well enrolling for emerging programmes or degrees that offer some specialisation because that gives you an edge over your peers when you join the workplace eventually. For students who have a strong CUET score, the opportunities are immense.”
Any BTech programme that offers specialisations in artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing, block chain or game design would be inspiring choices. For liberal arts students, a high CUET score can get students into good programmes in BDesign, BA in Journalism and Mass Communication.
